Love your neighbor

Luke 10:27

New International Version (NIV)

27 He answered, “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind’[a]; and, ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’[b]”

As we seek answers to things in our lifes, the tragedies that we see daily.  We wonder why this has happend or why it had to happen.  Well I know one thing among most of the important things in this life is to love.  Love is one of the words in the bible that appears over 700 times.  This word is a word that speaks volume and is the core of our humanity.  We need love, we need to know we are loved, love is part of the breath of life.  One thing I love about this verse is love your neighbor as yourself.

World can we try to do this?  Is it necessary to hate, to be so angry, is it necessary to be cross, to hurt and cause pain?  I ask you to try something new in your life today be slow to anger!  Try to love your neighbor as yourself.  This is probably one of the most selfless acts you can make.

Know that God is faithful and you are loved!
Sarah
